We do a ton of small batches that you can only get in the tasting room. Below is a sampling to see what kind of ciders we rotate on our taps. Click here for our current taplist. 

Earl of Marietta — Our flagship Dry Cider, infused with the complex flavor of Earl Grey tea and fresh lime. Make it so (delicious)!

Black Currant — Cider infused with luscious black currant juice for a deep crimson pour with incredible flavor. Try is on its own, or half & half with Ginger Reserve!

Umami Bomb — Infused with shitake mushrooms and miso, it's a boozy umami bomb.

Black Cherry Vanilla — Cider infused with black cherry, vanilla and smoked paprika for kicks!

Mulberry Street — Named in honor of classic Seuss, this cider has mulberry juice infused for a balance of tart acidity and juiciness. 

Blueberry Lemongrass — Our classic blueberry cider infused with fresh lemongrass.

Blueberry Lavender — Our classic blueberry cider infused with herbal notes of lavender.

Coruscant — Black Currant Cider variant with serious heat. We infused Black Currant with the robust spiciness of habanero and poblano chiles. Perfect balance of sweet and heat!
