Grab our custom blend of mulling spices in the tasting room or online (link below).
Pour 4 cans (64 oz.) of Treehorn Dry or Treehorn Ginger into a medium sauce pot, add 6 oz unfiltered apple juice (adjust juice for sweetness), heat on medium low. You’ll see lots of bubbles as the carbonation dissipates, it’s totally normal.
Pour contents of spice packet into steeping bag, tighten drawstring. Add to pot, submerge with a spoon. Cover and let steep for approximately 45 minutes or until fully infused. Do not heat on high heat or the alcohol will evaporate. Remove bag, dump contents and wash bag for reuse. Ladle into mugs, sprinkle with ground nutmeg for an extra flavor kick.

Note: Make sure to sanitize food-safe steeping bag prior to use. Boiling bag for approx. 5 minutes in water should do the trick. We recommend using unfiltered juice from your local orchard, but any unfiltered apple juice will work.
